Last Year

2018 will be the second retreat we have done.
2017 was a great success as you can see from some of the positive comments we received!

"Such a lovely weekend with great people and inspirational teachers Looking forward to the next one!"

"It was better than I would have hoped, I looked forward to each session and was totally invigorated at the end."

"I'm still living in the glow of the weekend and expect it to have positive effects on me for some time to come... please do this again!"

"There was a special feeling in the room and for me that summed up the feeling everyone had towards the retreat. Genuine mutual support, personal milestones reached and no judgement in the room."

"Yoga was the star of the show and I feel a yoga zealot about to be unleashed."

"The message about playing and doing what feels right for you really got through to me."

The Teacher

Lorraine Roberts: - - 07989079861

My Hatha based style of teaching to all ability levels aims to help you feel better; to allow time for yourself, to relieve stress, rest your busy mind and refocus, improve sleep patterns and overall strength and fitness levels, to enhance your flexibility, to aid recovery or just feel amazing! I met Jenny whilst training at the Sam Rao School of yoga, we instantly became yoga buddies as our style of teaching complements one another and we share a compassionate style of teaching our students.

"You are an inspirational teacher - a living embodiment of why everyone should do yoga."
